That's because the scammers will use someone else's credit card to buy from gamereasy,If we deliver these gold to them and then the real card holders will ask money back from the bank ,and we will lose money.
Btw,the IP change will also need to provide a verification too.
Every Verification is in consideration of Gamereasy's Trading sacurity.
